REFUNDS AND RETURNS for Anime and K-pop Merch or any other products sold on this site.
Products can only be returned under the following circumstances:

1. Within 7 days of receiving your order
2. Must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached (if your item had  tags when you received it).

As part of our sustainability efforts, we are removing the tags from all new products so don't be alarmed if you receive an item with no tags on.

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?

Exchanges are currently available and must be completed within 7 days of an order being invoiced, shipping back to us and back to consumer will be a cost for consumer.

WHAT ITEMS CAN I RETURN?

You can return ALL ITEMS from your order apart from the exceptions listed below:

1. All Custom design and print can not be refunded or exchanged.

2. Returns registered/purchased on different dates cannot be returned together.

3. All exchanges are returnable on a seven (7) day return period, anything over seven (7) days will not be returnable. Exchange cost of shipping is covered by the consumer.

4.No returns/refunds on items purchased which have shrunk or stained or were damaged by the consumer in any way shape or form, WeebForce reserve the right to fair exchange and refunds based on the product or items purchased.
