  • How do i make a custom order of a t-shirt or mug?
    We are new to this whole website thing currently so we haven't added a upload artwork option on the product page, But we have added a product with the amount it costs, so you just checkout with that and then we will contact you otherwise our contact details are everywhere if you want to contact us immediately.
  • How often do you update your inventory?
    All the time, actually daily as we have a physical store, so our walk-in customers are always buying. We try to keep repeat items but sometimes it's difficult to get the exact design you had before on some stock items.We also try getting the niche items as well and not only the commercially popular anime even though this would be a business risk for stock turnover.
  • How do I make payment?
    we have either a EFT payment option or a debit/credit card facility powered by Ikhoka which we use in our store as well, very efficient.
  • Will you be enabling Payflex?
    Yes,soon.
  • How do I track my order?
    Once you place your order and we have dispatched the order then we will send you the tracking info, either via Whatsapp or email. We will also communicate with you on Whatsapp if that suits you better.
  • How long does Delivery take?
    It depends on the option you choose but generally they take about 2 to 3 working days, so thats between Monday and Friday. If you choose to pay via EFT and don't make the payment immediate or are not banking with Nedbank, then we would have to wait for the amount to clear first before dispatching.
  • Can I return my order, I don't like it?
    You can return items, BUT it must not be open, worn, washed or be broken. Remember we have pictures of the actual products not stock images. We would also have to resell these items you return, so keeping them in the condition we gave them to you is paramount, You would however have to cover the cost of the courier unless we have sent you the wrong item outright.
